These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kundli GPT mobile application ("App"), available on the Google Play Store. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of service

Kundli GPT provides AI-generated Vedic astrology insights based on birth details you enter, including your Ascendant, Moon sign, Sun sign, and answers to questions about career, love, marriage, finance and related topics.

3. AI-generated content

Responses are generated using artificial intelligence based on the birth details and questions you provide. While we aim for relevance and consistency with Vedic astrology principles, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or predictive reliability of any response.

4. User responsibilities

• You confirm that any birth details you enter (your own or someone else's, with their consent) are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the App's services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of the device on which the App is installed, since chat and birth data are stored locally.

5. Data storage

As described in our Privacy Policy, birth details and chat history are stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from uninstalling the App, device resets, or device loss/damage.

6. Intellectual property

All app design, branding, logos and original content within Kundli GPT are the property of Kundli GPT and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Kundli GPT and its developers shall not be held liable for any decisions made, or outcomes experienced, based on interpretations or predictions provided by the App. Use of the App and reliance on its content is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Changes to the app or terms

We may update these Terms, or modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it), at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App for any user found violating these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
